Automatic Transmission clutch
Providing friction materials that are highly judder and heat resistant. Segment disc's groove shape delivers an improved friction performance and helps smooth acceleration.
Wet multi disc triple clutch (3,200～3,500cc)
This triple clutch has a compact engine brake clutch built in, thus adding a low-hold function.
Wet multi disc double clutch (660～3,500cc)
A combination of newly developed parallel groove disc and a web plate results in less drag torque (60 percent reduced from F.C.C. existing figure).
Torque converter lockup clutch
Our newly developed lockup mechanism accurately conveys the engine output to the drive shaft, even in a low speed range. This mechanism is highly heat and friction resistant, and cost efficient.
Torque converter lockup clutch (660～3,500cc)
This fuel-efficient clutch uses an arc-type long torsion spring to lock up in a low speed range.
Torque converter lock up clutch (3,000～3,700cc)
Designed with a short straight-type torsion spring, this clutch provides sufficient damper capacity at low costs.
CVT starting clutch
It contributes to improved fuel-efficiency of CVT. It provides the smooth start and acceleration feeling.
CVT starting clutch (1,100～1,600cc)
The friction materials provide superior judder resistance, continuous slipping resistance, and thermal capability. This clutch helps to control the smooth start, acceleration and drive at a high level, and improves the mileage.
Manual transmission clutch
Designed with a two-sides double-layer facing that strengthens friction materials at lower costs. Its damper mechanism dramatically reduces torque fluctuation from the engine, and delivers a light start and smooth shift feeling.
Push type dry single disc clutch (660～2,400cc)
Features a push type pressure disc compressor, a damper mechanism to reduce mission noise, a high-strength, high-μ friction material. It delivers high speed, high output at low costs.
Pull type dry single disc clutch (3,200cc)
A light, compact clutch is designed with a pull type pressure disc compressor that is load efficient in clutch handling. Can be used for high speed, high output applications.
4WD Clutch
Developed for 4WD's efficient real-time drive. Applications include small and large displacements.
4WD changeover differential clutch (1,300～3,000cc)
Capable of smooth, real-time switch between front-wheel and rear-wheel drive. Accurately transmits the drive force.
