Quality management system
As a manufacturer of important functional components for automobiles, motorcycles and general-purpose machines, we first obtained external certification for our quality management system in Japan in 1996, and have since obtained ISO9001 and IATF16949 certifications, including at our overseas locations.
Our goal is to have the industry's top quality organization by establishing a quality management system that complies with international standards and is always open to continuous improvement.

Environmental management system
We first obtained external certification for our environmental management system in Japan in 1999, and have since obtained ISO14001 certification, including for our overseas locations.
We aim to improve our environmental performance by establishing an environmental management system that complies with international standards and always being open to continuous improvement.

Information security management system
In Japan, we obtained ISO/IEC27001 certification for information security management systems through external certification in 2022.
FCC is committed to establishing an information security management system that complies with international standards and is open to continuous improvement, with the goal of establishing an industry-leading information security system.

- CDP Climate Change Survey Evaluation

We participated in the "CDP2022 Climate Change" survey by the international NPO CDP and, faithful to our commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate climate change, we completed the climate change questionnaire in 2022 as well.
- Excellent Healthy Management Corporation 2024

FCC has been certified "Excellent Healthy Management Corporation 2024 (Large Corporation Division)" for the second year in a row under the Excellent Healthy Management Corporation Certification System sponsored by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Conference, as a corporation that considers employee health management from a management perspective and takes a strategic approach to it.
Our company has received praise for its initiatives in employee health management, including activities to improve the working environment and implement education, special events, and visualization of health conditions.

- Childcare Support Initiatives

We have introduced a policy of "supporting child-rearing in society" and have created an easy-to-work environment where employees can achieve the perfect balance of work and child-rearing, thereby enabling all employees to fully utilize their capabilities. To this end, we have established an internal "Next Generation Subcommittee," formulated an executive plan and have promoted several initiatives including the rethinking of some systems.
