Thin-wall Die Casting Technology
- Development aiming at reduction of CO2 emissions by improvement of yields, achievement of 100% use of sustainable materials by use of highly recyclable aluminum alloys, lightweight design, and cooling performance improvement.
- Thin-wall construction is made possible fully utilizing CAE analysis and die temperature control technology to make maximum use of the high-pressure die casting (HPDC).

- Enclosure-type compact heat sink with large surface area using pin fins is developed.
